I encourage you to write a letter, either reflecting on your past achievements or visualizing your future achievements! ♥️

Dear me,

You did such a great job on acting on the feedback given from your peers without going into a spiral or questioning every single thing you do. You didn’t go into an avoidance pattern, you didn’t get passive aggressive. You took the feedback with a smile on your face and you actually listened. You didn’t defend the feedback. You came back to the feedback giver a week from the feedback and gave them a plan on how you intend to fix it.

You did such a great job at that presentation, you were nervous about it for weeks, you knew the impact of this presentation and that’s what scared you. But you did it and did a fantastic job at it! You knew you were going to make mistakes but that didn’t scare you, you did it. You made a joke at the start and got comfortable with the environment by practicing there prior and knew exactly what you were going to say. You practiced it for hours, you knew your material, you knew the potential questions they could ask, you practiced with your mentor! You were ready and it showed!

You did such a great job confronting your peer about how they presented your idea as theirs. You did it so gracefully and they knew what went wrong. You practiced it, you didn’t fuss over it, you…
